    Out of those I only see UK as a loss. I think it could be like last years game where it is close till about 6 minutes to go in the game where UK will pull away.

  • Also Hoosiers Hysteria is OCT 15 this year. Going to be a huge recruiting weekend as the 2012 class will be there plus it will be the official visit for Gary Harris that weekend.

  • Looking forward to seeing how the Hoosiers look this year. I expect the UK game to be hard-fought for sure. I think this year will be another step in the right direction for IU. Can't wait til that rivalry gets cranked up again.

    Agreed. This year should be a huge step for the Hoosiers. Having the UK at home will definitely help.

    Going to be a lot there for HH. A lot of the 2012 class plus Harris. Both 2013 kids and 2014 kids. Plus some others. Not sure if Lyle will be there or not.

    I think thats a little high for your prediction. We will only play Minnesota twice they just havent decided on the final date. Its between those 2 dates

  • Butler will be a nice early season gauge for Indiana and Kentucky definitely will show where they stack up against tougher competition. I'm by no means an expert in Indiana basketball or their team so, Hoosier fans, how do you think you fare against Butler and Kentucky? Those are the 2 OOC games that caught my interest...

    I feel with the Butler game being at home it should be an easy win. Butler will still be solid but I dont feel they match up well against IU. The IU/UK this year will be pretty much like the one last year I feel. It will be close till about 5-7 mins to go in the game then UK will pull away. The game last year was a lot closer than the 20 point victory. Also having that game at home will be a huge advantage.

  • What do you guys expect out of Cody Zeller? 30+ mpg? Average a double-double? Is that too lofty? I know they'll be leaning on him from Day One.

    I would expect 25-30 mins a game for him. I would be excited if he averaged a double-double as a freshman, but I dont know if he will get that. With the Big Ten being down this year compared to last year it could happen though. He is going to prove a lot more valuable than just his number show. To have a legit big man down there could free up Watford some and should free up Hulls and others for more shots. So even though his numbers wouldnt show that I think he will have a huge impact. Also Im interested in seeing how having another big man with help Pritchard. He was solid as a freshman but has got worse pretty much each year. Hopefully this will help him as well.
