What's the consensus around campus about Christian Watford? We were tight in high school so obviously I'm biased, but I think the guy is legit. Are y'all expecting big things out of him as an upperclassman?
Huddles are for rookies.
Ive heard he has put on a lot more muscle compared to last season, which is good. He got pushed around way too much last year. Hopefully with a legit big man in Zeller in there it will take some of the pressure off of him. If he can stay healthy I think he could have a great year.

Watford's a tweener, and because of the physical nature of the Big 10, 3/4 tweeners playing the 4 tend to have some trouble (guys like Draymond Green being the exception to the rule).
I think his game's improved drastically, but he still needs to improve to make this team what it needs to be. His jump shot's gotten a lot better and has improved his range. His handle needs to get better, and he needs to get quicker. He needs to develop a shot fake, which should help him prevent from getting blocked as much.
However, he's still a very versatile player who has a ton going for him, and creates matchup problems whenever he's on the floor. I'm a big Watford fan.
