The addition of Kentucky commitment Karl Towns Jr. isn't the only change to the 247Sports 2014 rankings. There is also a new No. 1 prospect- Chris McCullough.

I should know, but how can Towns just reclassify? What are the NCAA rules on this? I assume that he has the grades, etc.

McCullough has pro talent but has a way to go. Definitely a kid to root for but did not have a great summer and must work on his skill package.

U just have to have the core curriculum hours covered with a good enough GPA/Test score.

A lot of schools are after Vaughn- Kentucky, Louisville, Kansas, Minnesota, Tennessee to name a few.
Iowa State, Stanford, Michigan State, Marquette and others for Reid Travis.
