UK and IU decide to end the series for now

  • What do you think about that? First time since 1969 the game wont be played.

    The sticking point was IU wanting home and home series and UK wanting neutral site series.

  • It really sucks for the sport. Forget who it was on twitter but one of the national college bball guys brought up the point that they should just work out some long term deal with a combination of home and homes and neutral site(s).

  • It's a shame and both sides are to blame to some degree. No reason is good enough as to why they couldn't continue the series.

    Regardless, I think some people underestimate the fact that Cal/Crean really don't enjoy playing one another. They seem to be very good friends and while they won't admit it publicly, but that is part of why this is happening.
