Mine would be Louisville. Close enough that they could build into a nice 3rd rival

Mine for UK would definitely be Duke. I still would keep our current ones of Louisville, Indiana, and UNC over Duke, though. I just want to see Duke play more than one hard non-conference game a year.

For Oklahoma State...
Arkansas: Close to OSU, similar athletic venues and you could use the BOK Center in Tulsa as a neutral site which is about half way between both schools.
For North Carolina...
St John's: Easy win most years, Big East so it improves SOS and MSG publicity.

Really? I would want a UNC or Kansas every year just so we always get a shot at an elite program OOC. But I guess UAB could be a decent little rivalry considering how close the two schools are, but there just isn't a whole lot to generate any excitement on the BAMA side there.

For UK I would love to add either Duke or Kansas. I think Kansas is more realistic, I cant see Coach K agreeing to a home away series with UK.

I fully agree that Texas and Arizona would be an excellent match up.
For Arizona, I'd also like to see:
1. Indiana
2. Michigan State
3. Duke
*Now that Olson is gone, perhaps Coach K would be more open to playing a home-and-home with Arizona. Duke's last visit to McKale in 1992 was a double overtime game that blew the roof of the place and Coach K has routinely rejected offers to come back, instead wanting to play the Cats on a neutral court closer to home.
I'd rather not ever play North Carolina again as Arizona's two-most recent trips to Chapel Hill were flat-out embarrassments.

Why Indiana for Arizona? I only ask because I didn't expect to see IU on anyones list because of how the last 5 or so years have turned out.
