We have one more "warm up" with Nebraska on Wednesday, and then face a tough two game stretch @OSU and @Minn.

It cannot be stated enough, though, that watching the Big Ten battle this year is going to be incredibly fun.

Close game between NW and Minn at the half. 17-14, and some terrible shooting.

The only Big Ten action tonight is Indiana vs. PSU. I almost feel bad for PSU in this one, they'll will be destroyed. Them, Nebraska and Purdue are the only truly terrible teams this year.

Former UNC and ND coach Matt Doherty predicted that if the NC game was tonight it would be between Indiana and Michigan with Indiana winning because of Zeller. Doesn't mean much, but it's fun to think about and I'm glad to see both these programs back on top of the college basketball world.

Ohio State @ Purdue tonight. While Purdue stunned Illinois at home, I don't see the Buckeyes having a problem with Purdue. Should be a good tune up game for OSU before the big game this Sunday.

Playing a lot better now than at the beginning if the season

Iowa isn't going to the NCAA tourny anyways, but yeah. I think with Marble, Iowa is the better team but I don't think he'll play today.

It gets much easier to end the season. I really thought Iowa would lose to IU by about 10 at home but I also thought Iowa was the better team against MSU even without Marble. Outplayed them for all but 5 minutes and lost it at the end. Iowa definitely adds some much needed shooting ability with Uthoff and Jok next season while losing one of my least favorite players in recent memory of May. I think next season they get in as a high seed, 10 or so.

I don't know if Wisconsin will stay on top of the conference, but kudos to Bo Ryan for getting Wisconsin to take out Indiana in Assembly Hall on the heels of crushing Illinois.

Eleven straight trips to the tournament. Never worse than 4th in the conference. An Elite Eight and 4 Sweet Sixteens. Only one season without a tournament win. Yes, his highest seeded team had a second round flame-out, but that will happen.

All this done with only a single player who has had any kind of significant NBA career--Devin Harris.

As a Badger fan I can't believe I slept on a Bo Ryan team. After the non conference I thought they were going to have a very tough time competing with a lot of teams in conference and making the tournament. I should know better. They definitely are not pretty, but Bo's teams usually aren't. I doubt they end up in the top 3. After seeing the way the seniors are starting to play better and some younger players are stepping up I would say 4th or 5th looks about right for this years BIG.

That being said, I think todays game at Iowa is a classic trap game and Bo has had some trouble with Iowa since Fran got there. I got a feeling Iowa pulls it out. I hope I'm wrong.
