Out here Kobe is a binary decision. You either don't care for him or you have undying love and blinders on for all things Kobe. It is kind of crazy. Nobody has ever been this polarizing.

My roommate is a big Kobe fan and has made me root VERY hard against him. He tried telling me the other day that Kobe is better than Jordan. I couldn't do anything but laugh while he told me all his moronic reasons. My second favorite team is always whoever is playing the Lakers. Much like most peoples favorite team is whoever is playing the Heat.

No way, he is the closest thing we have seen to Jordan because he emulates his style of play but he is definitely not better. I will say this, that would be a good game to watch Kobe vs Jordan.

Jordan is and always will be my guy, but Kobe is the guy today that has that same fearless, killer instinct. He wants the ball at the end of the game, where as today most do not. Just my old guy opinion.
