Pitzrrr.....we r talking about building a program a staying consistent....kiffen has not lasted long enough in one place.....most of us already know why......some day your goggles will come off.... i will give him props when i see it.....so far he hasnt had the body of work in college football.....dont take it personal

Not taking it personal, just laying some facts out. Hate the guy for being too brash and cocky at Tenn, he was playing the bad boy role to build a foundation and get recuits on board. I get the hate about that and leaving the program after 1 year. It's all good. He wanted that chance to go back home to USC and he took it. But he got some backlash for it. Understandable

I'm not some homer that thinks he's perfect. About 3/4 of USC alums, fans, and press HATED the hire. Just like the majority hated the Pete Carroll hire.

But for people to say he's no good is what's laughable.

It took the USC people to see him put the unmatched work in on the recuiting trail and on the practice field. His entire plan to come out of these sanctions stronger then before sold everyone. Again, coming from a fan base that was his harshest critic. Seeing what he does from the inside is what gives us the confidence that more huge success is coming. Developing QBs, TEs, and WRs is his specialty, and he has some major talent to develop.

2011 recuiting class was his only full class. He had 30 scholarships to give out and he used them all. Redshirted most of those players. This class would provide the #s and depth to get through the next 3 years of reduced scholarships.

**2012 sanctioned recruiting class 1 of 3: Only 15 players, all but 3 are rated 4 stars or higher. Low in # but very high in quality.

**2013 sanctioned recruiting class 2 of 3: This is the class that is blowing everyone away. USC was supposed to be dead by now.
-Most are saying the best QB recruit in about 4 years in Browne
-Arguably the best DT recruit and top 10 overall player in Bigelow
-2 of the top 3 RBs in the nation in Isaac and Davis
-Today a top 5 overall player with some saying top D player overall in the 2013 class in Cravens, commits.
    - plus 3 other 4 star players.
    - PLUS 7 more scholarships to give out.

This class might push some records on average "star" ranking.
    The quality is pretty special.

The following recuiting class will be USCs last sanctioned class.

Kiffin is young, he's been a college head coach for 3 years. Of course he doesn't have a huge body of work.
But if you look closely and break down those 3 years, going into his 4th, it's nothing short of brilliant.

When does the fall off happen?

    Pitzrrr
