Ohio State wins 41-14...nice one Steve!

Three games still pending. So far I am 22-5 straight-up and 13-11 ATS. I nailed Clemson-Auburn exactly at 26-19.

* Kentucky at Louisville (-12 ½), Sept. 2, 3:30 p.m. (ESPN) – These Bluegrass state rivals will have the nation watching with a Sunday afternoon game. UK leads the all-time series 14-10, although UL snapped a four-game losing streak with last year’s 24-17 win in Lexington. Louisville 33-23

* SMU at Baylor (-10), 6:30 p.m. (Fox Sports Net) – Baylor presses on without Heisman winner Robert Griffin III, now with the NFL’s Washington Redskins. SMU is coming off an 8-5 season with a bowl win over Pittsburgh, although the Mustangs also lost their QB in J.J. McDermott. Should be a good one. Baylor 28-23

Monday’s Game

* Georgia Tech at Virginia Tech (-7 ½), Sept. 3, 8 p.m. (ESPN) – This Monday nighter features two ACC Coastal Division contenders. Virginia Tech is 6-3 all-time against Georgia Tech. The Hokies have won four of the last five meetings, including a 37-26 win last year in Atlanta. The winner of this game has repped the division in the ACC title game in each of the last seven seasons. That’s gonna be VT. Virginia Tech 31-19
