• Seth Littrell is in his second season as Indiana's offensive coordinator. He also coaches the tight ends and fullbacks.
• The Hoosiers led the Big Ten in passing offense (311.2), which ranked 17th nationally, in 2012. They finished second in total offense (442.0) and fourth in scoring offense (30.8).

• Set program records for passing yardage (3,734), total offense (5,304), completions (331), attempts (540) and total plays (939).

• Improved by 9.4 points (15th most improved in FBS) and 111.8 passing yards per game (3rd) and threw 14 more TD passes (T-9th) vs. 2011.

• Tight end Ted Bolser, who earned a spot on BTN.com's All-Big Ten team, finished 2012 third on IU's tight end single-season list with 41 receptions and 445 yards. He sat second in the Big Ten and 15th nationally among tight ends in catches and third in the Big Ten in yardage.

• Bolser became the third tight end in school history and the 36th player overall to reach 1,000 career receiving yards. He now has 1,017 yards (35th all-time), nine touchdowns, which is an Indiana tight end record, and 82 receptions, which is second all-time among tight ends.

• Arrived in Bloomington from the University of Arizona, where his 2011 offense ranked third nationally in passing offense (370.8) and 15th in total offense (465.2).

• Coached in seven bowl games, played in two and was team captain on the University of Oklahoma's 2000 national championship team.

• A four-year letterwinner at Oklahoma, Littrell rushed for 231 yards and seven touchdowns in 1999 and finished his career with 11 rushing scores.

• Spent three seasons in Tucson (2009-11). Littrell served as offensive coordinator in 2011 and coached tight ends and H-backs. He was co-offensive coordinator in 2010 and coached running backs and tight ends in both 2009 and 2010.

• In Littrell's three years, three of his pupils were selected in the NFL Draft: tight end Rob Gronkowski (New England - 2010 second round), quarterback Nick Foles (Philadelphia - 2012 third round) and wide receiver Juron Criner (Oakland - 2012 fifth round).

• Arizona's 370.8 passing yards per game in 2011 set a school record and its 465.2 total yards per game ranked second. The Wildcats averaged 30.8 points and set school marks in completions (398), attempts (577) and completion percentage (.690).

• Helped coordinate a Wildcat attack that averaged 439.4 total yards in 2010, the fourth-best total in Arizona football history.

• Littrell's five running backs rushed for a combined 1,500 yards and a 4.6 average with 59 receptions for 432 yards in 2010.

• Nic Grigsby and Keola Antolin combined for a 6.2 average and accumulated 1,200 yards with nine scores in 2009.

• Served a four-year stint as running backs coach at Texas Tech University (2005-08).

• The 2008 Red Raiders rushed for 119 rushing yards per game, the highest total in the Mike Leach era. Baron Batch and Shannon Woods combined for 1,435 yards and 19 rushing touchdowns while catching 74 passes.

• Taurean Anderson closed out his career with an NCAA record 302 receptions for a running back and the fourth-highest scoring total for a non-kicker with 414 points.

• Shannon Woods earned All-Big 12 Conference honors in 2006 after averaging 6.1 yards per carry and snagging 75 receptions, totaling a top 15 national figure of 139 all-purpose yards per game.

• Prior to Texas Tech, Littrell was a graduate assistant at the University of Kansas from 2002-04. The Jayhawks played in the 2003 Tangerine Bowl.

• The Muskogee, Okla., native graduated from Oklahoma with a degree in communications in 2000.

• Littrell and his wife, Becca, have one son, Tripp (2).
