The Skinny: Despite turmoil from alleged NCAA rules violations, Miami (Fla.) has managed to put together a strong recruiting class and currently has more top 15 state of Florida prospects committed (four) than any other program. Linebacker Raphael Kirby (Stone Mountain, Ga./Stephenson) is the No. 6 inside linebacker prospect in America and may be underrated at that while Angelo Jean-Louis, Herb Waters and Malcolm Lewis are just three highly-regarded members of one of the nation’s deepest classes of receivers.
