The Skinny: Clemson again has gone out-of-state and scored several major recruiting victories, getting commitments from four-star North Carolina defensive tackle Carlos Watkins, four-star New York quarterback Chad Kelly, four-star Arkansas athlete Zac Brooks and four-star Florida safety Travis Blanks. The Tigers also have nine of the top 16 prospects in the state of South Carolina committed for this class.
