The Skinny: Who knows where this Penn State class will end up on signing day given the turmoil surrounding the program and a coaching change for the first time in five decades? Right now, it’s still a solid class led by cornerback Armani Reeves and linebacker Camren Williams, two of the best prospects the state of Massachusetts has produced in some time. Still, you just don’t know how this class will look when all is said and done given the unprecedented nature of the issues in State College.
