Wiggins on top of 2014 rankings

Andrew Wiggins is the No. 1 prospect in the 2014 rankings.

Today, 247Sports and PrepStars.com are proud to unveil the class of 2014 player rankings.

It probably comes as no surprise that 6-6 wing forward Andrew Wiggins from Huntington (WVa.) Prep is the No. 1 player in the class.

"We're very excited about Wiggins,” said Rob Harrington of PrepStars.com. “It's too early to project too much in the 2014 class, but Wiggins figures to be a mainstay among the elite.”

The top big man in the class is power forward/center Jahlil Okafor for Whitney Young in Chicago. Okafor is ranked just behind Wiggins at No. 2

"Okafor is uncommonly advanced for a young frontcourt prospect," Harrington said.

The rest of the top five is forward Noah Vonleh guard Emmanuel Mudiay and guard Theo Pinson.

PrepStars.com and 247Sports will continue to update and expand the rankings of the 2014 class throughout the recruiting cycle.
