Kernersville (N.C.) East Forsyth safety Chris Blair headed into this weekend’s official visit to Ball State aiming to commit.
He did just that.
Blair made his pledge official on Sunday morning during a meeting with Cardinals coach Pete Lembo.
The 6-foot, 190-pound Blair becomes the 20th commit for Ball State in the class-of-2013.
A very productive player, Blair registered 98 tackles, 14 pass breakups and three interceptions as a senior.
Ball State has recruited very well in the state of North Carolina in this recruiting cycle. Besides Blair, Lembo and company have commitments from cornerback David Moore, defensive end Blake Dueitt, defensive end Daniel Garces and linebacker Sean Wiggins.
