2011 — Led all quarterbacks and kickers in power clean (319 pounds), squat (445 pounds), electronic 20-yard (2.86 seconds), fly 30 (2.99) and electronic 40-yard (4.82) … Led the White Team with 38 yards rushing in the spring game.

2010 — The versatile redshirt freshman was utilized in multiple offensive positions, playing quarterback, running back and wide receiver during Oregon’s first three games … Caught two passes for four yards in win vs. UCLA … Came out of the backfield to catch a 12-yard touchdown pass against Portland State in addition to running six times for 21 yards … Carried twice for four yards in win at Tennessee and rushed for 68 yards and a touchdown on ten carries in his debut against New Mexico … Also had one catch for 10 yards against the Lobos … Shared top honors among team’s quarterbacks during winter workouts with a 275-lb. clean … UO’s fastest player at the position with a 4.89-second electronic 40-yard dash.

2009 — Guided the scout team as a first-year redshirt … Was on the travel squad and in uniform for the UCLA game.

BEFORE OREGON — Played for head coach Jay Ball at Omaha Central High School of the A District 3 League … Lined up at wide receiver for the Eagles in his junior season as the team took home the Nebraska Class A state championship … Named the starting quarterback to begin his senior season but injured his collarbone in the second game … Returned to the line-up for final two games … Had 540 yards of total offense in the 3+ games he played in 2008 … Team went 2-1 with him in the line-up, 0-6 without … A prolific track competitor in high school … Took home a state title in the triple jump, second in the state in long jump … Had the fastest prelim time in the 110m hurdles but rolled ankle before the finals and still took third … Metro-Conference 110m and 110m hurdles champion … Played football, track and basketball in each of his four years in high school … Basketball team won the Nebraska state title in three of his four years … Went to same HS as Ahman Green and Gayle Sayers.
