Connected on 11-of-14 field goal attempts ... Made a season-long 43-yard field goal against North Carolina ... Converted a 36-yard field goal as time expired to lead the Canes to a 6-3 victory over USF ... Limited opponents to a 18.6 kick return average for the season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year starter, who connected on 19-of-23 field goal attempts as a junior in 2006, with a long of 48 yards ... As a senior in 2007, was 9-of-11 with a long of 52 yards before breaking his kicking foot while making a tackle ... His 19 field goals in 2006 set a state record ...
