SOPHOMORE SEASON (2011-12): Did not play as a freshman, but figures to have a big role on this year's squad ... an attacking guard with great athleticism and speed ... slashing type of player who can drive to the basket as well as shoot from the outside ... excellent passer with great ball-handling skills ... his athletic skills and abilities and unselfishness make him a great fit for Mike Brey's system ... hails from the same high school program as Irish head coach Mike Brey and assistant coach Rod Balanis, both DeMatha graduates.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2010-11): Did not play during his rookie campaign.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played three seasons at nationally-renowned DeMatha under the teaching of head coach Mike Jones ... helped DeMatha compile an 88-18 record during in those three seasons ... served as team captain in his senior season ... averaged 10.5 points per game his senior season while helping his team to a 32-4 record ... two-time first team all-Washington Catholic Athletic Conference (WCAC) honoree ... two-time All-Met honoree by the Washington Post ... led his teams to back-to-back WCAC regular-season as well as tournament crowns ... key cog in taking home back-to-back Abe Pollin City Title Game championships at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C. ... played in the prestigious Capital Classic All-Star Game in April 2010 along with current Irish teammate Eric Atkins ... averaged 7.1 points, 6.2 rebounds and 6.0 assists during his junior season in leading his team to both the WCAC regular-season and tournament championships ...
