HIGH SCHOOL: 2014 U.S. Army All-American Bowl selection...Was the sixth man on the varsity basketball team as a freshman. Will start as a sophomore for one of the top 5A programs in the state, Denton Guyer. Follows J.W. Walsh as the next Guyer quarterback. Walsh is at Oklahoma State...Heard earned district Newcomer of the Year honors in 2011 after passing for 2,286 yards and 28 touchdowns along with rushing for 650 yards and five scores as a first year starter.
