Mitchell Making Positive Strides
3 months agoOver the last few years, Cincinnati has struggled to find true defensive tackles. Brandon Mitchell (class of 2011) and Alex Pace (class of 2012) are UC’s only DT signees since 2010. With the pipeline being so dry, it’s imperative that both these youngsters have productive careers, and both have made positive strides this spring. More

Stepp and Meador Steady at DT
3 months agoBearcat football fans may not view Jordan Stepp and Mitch Meador as stars, but this pair of defensive tackles are helping to give UC a solid run defense this spring. After two scrimmages, the Cincinnati offense has struggled to run the football between the tackles, and the fifth year seniors’ ability to understand and execute the new defense is a big reason why.
