COLLEGE: Junior college transfer who enrolled at South Carolina in January 2011... went through spring drills... enters the fall as the second-team right guard behind senior Terrence Campbell... has three years to play two seasons for the Gamecocks. JUNIOR COLLEGE: Allowed just one sack his entire sophomore season after moving from guard to right tackle... named to the National Junior College Athletic Association's first-team All-America squad following the season. HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Aiken (S.C.) High in 2009 where he played football for the Hornets and head coach Cary Johnson. Also played basketball.
