Bio

Travel team: Playaz Basketball Club

May 2011: The term point-forward is used too loosely. However, the fact that it's so misused makes it easy for basketball recruiting analysts and scouts to spot a true point-forward when they see on. Anderson is the epitome of what you look for in a point-forward. At the Nike EYBL in Los Angeles, Anderson brought the ball up the floor against pressure all weekend. He's taken criticism over his 3-Point shot in recent months, but made four treys in a single game in L.A. Anderson plays with eyes up all the time and has an excellent feel for the game. If there's a concern, it's Anderson's ability to post up stronger defenders. More times than not Anderson was pushed off the low block, or squeezed out of the action on rebounds in traffic. Still, when given the space, Anderson can elevate with the best of them and once he does establish fundamental "box-out" position, proved difficult to get around. Anderson is extremely versatile as a player on both ends of the floor, which is why he projects to the high-major level in college.

June: Narrowed his choices to St. John's, Seton Hall, UCLA, Georgetown and Florida.
