Okaro White enters his junior season ranked 10th in school history with a .787 career free throw shooting percentage. He is looking to become one of only six players in school history to have a free throw shooting percentage of 80 percent or better for his career.

proved pivotal as Duke fought back to take a short-lived lead inside of the 4:00 mark before the Seminoles' outscored the Blue Devils 5-4 in the final in the final 3:27 of the game to take the win and move onto the championship game for the first time in school history...(vs. Georgia Tech): Totaled 11 points, two rebounds and two steals in the Seminoles' only game of the season against Georgia Tech...was Florida State's third leading scorer, one of three players in double figure scoring and made four of five field goal attempts (.800 percent) in 18 minutes of playing time...the Seminoles rallied from a one-point half time deficit (25-24) to gain the 68-54 win in Tallahassee (Feb. 1)...the win raised Florida State's record to 6-1 in ACC Play as was their sixth of a school record seven a lead they would not relinquish...a dunk at the 8:39 mark put Florida State up 19-13 and a third 3-pointer at the 7:17 mark put the Seminoles up 22-13...two free throws at the 4:06 mark and another free throw at the 1:04 mark gave Florida State a 31-24 lead and officially marked the beginning of the Okaro White era in Tallahassee...added five second half points to score his career high of 19 points in the win as Hawaii shot the ball well and kept themselves in the game as the clocked pushed toward the buzzer...(vs. Butler): scored three points in 16 minutes of play in the Seminoles' second round game in the Diamond Head Classic against NCAA Tournament participant and national finalist Butler...the Bulldogs won a hotly contested contest, 67-64, in the Stan Sheriff Center (Dec. 23)...a 3-pointer for his only made basket of the game pulled Florida State to within four of the Bulldogs at 59-63 with 39 seconds left in the game...it was the closest the Seminoles had been since trailing 9-6 midway through the first half...(vs. Baylor): scored two points and pulled down one rebound in seven minutes of play as Florida State defeated No. 15 Butler to claim the third place finish in the Diamond Head Classic...the Seminoles defeated the Bears, 68-61, at the University of Hawaii (Dec. 25)...scored his two points on two free throws with 13 seconds remaining in the game to give the Seminoles an insurmountable five point lead...the win was significant because it was Florida State's first over a nationally ranked team in three times during the 2010-11 season...it was also the first of four wins over ranked teams during his freshman season...
