2009 (SENIOR): Transitioned from wide receiver to cornerback in spring drills...appeared in all 13 games and made 12 starts...started the first seven games of the year before coming off the bench against Arizona State...ranked fourth on the team with 62 tackles...had two interceptions and eight pass breakups on the season...picked off a Matt Barkley pass in the fourth quarter against USC for a 43-yard touchdown...registered his second interception the following week against Cal...had five or more tackles in eight games, highlighted by a season-high eight-tackle effort in the Sun Bowl vs. Oklahoma...also had seven tackles against Wake Forest and Notre Dame...proved valuable in Stanford's return game...had 15 punt returns for 154 yards and one touchdown...had a 48-yard return for a touchdown against San Jose State on Sept. 19...also had a 59-yard return in the season opener at Washington State.
2008 (JUNIOR): Played in just four games (all starts) before a knee injury sidelined him for the remainder of the season...was granted a medical redshirt year...caught eight passes for 108 yards...started the first four games at wide receiver...caught one pass for 14 yards in the opener against Oregon State...hauled in three passes for 54 yards at Arizona State, including a 39-yard reception from Tavita Pritchard...had just one catch for seven yards at TCU in near hurricane-conditions...matched his season high with three catches for 33 yards in the win over San Jose State.
2007 (SOPHOMORE): Continued to blossom as one of the Pac-10's top young receivers...led the team in receiving yards (651) for the second straight season and also led the team in receiving touchdowns (4) and yards per catch (16.7)...finished 10th in the Pac-10 in receiving yards...ranked second on the team behind Mark Bradford with 39 receptions...also finished second on the team in all-purpose yardage, adding a 40-yard punt return to his receiving total...topped Stanford in receiving yardage six times during the season...had three 100-yard games, topped off by a four-catch, 112-yard effort with one touchdown against TCU...also turned in notable performances against UCLA (4-100-1 TD) and Arizona State (6-105)...tied his career-high with six receptions against Arizona State, at Arizona and vs. Oregon...was on the receiving end of a 70-yard touchdown pass from T.C. Ostrander in the fourth quarter vs. UCLA...play ranked as the longest pass reception of the season.
2006 (FRESHMAN): Made an immediate impact in his first season as a collegian...earned first team Pac-10 All-Freshman honors and honorable mention freshman All-American honors from The Sporting News...was also named the Menlo-Atherton Trophy winner as the team's most outstanding freshman...played in all 12 games and made five starts...led the team in catches (34), receiving yards (581) and tied for the team lead in both touchdowns (3) and touchdown receptions (3)...ranked second in yards per catch (17.1)...led or co-led the team in both catches and receiving yards seven times during the season...had 50 or more receiving yards six times during his rookie campaign...started the last four games of the season and averaged 101.5 yards per game during that stretch, catching 20 balls for 406 yards...was named Pac-10 Offensive Player of the Week following his performance against Washington when he caught six passes for 177 yards...included in the total was a 74-yard touchdown reception from T.C. TRACK AND FIELD: Two-year track letterwinner at Stanford...jumped a personal best of 50-0 in the triple jump in 2007, good for ninth place on the all-time Stanford career list...jumped a season-best 46-8 in the triple jump in the spring of `08...recorded a season-best 21-3 ½ in the long jump at the 2008 Stanford Invitational.
