Bio
Taylor will start the 2013 season as the top receiver in the state. He needs to get bigger and stronger, but he is incredibly quick, very good in open space and has the ability to get open. Taylor has offers from Arkansas, Arkansas State, Kansas State, Texas Tech, Tulsa and Utah State.
