Walk-on punter who joined the squad in the fall of 2012.
2011: Attended South Carolina but did not participate in football.
2010: Attended Guilford College in North Carolina where he played in all 10 games as the Quakers' placekicker... also punted in the season's final game... made three of his five field goal attempts, including a long of 34 yards against Averett University... connected on 9-of-12 extra point attempts... also handled kickoff responsibilities with 37 kicks for a 49-yard average... punted five times for a 34.2 yard average with a long of 42 yards against Emory & Henry College.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered three times under head coach Kelly Holder at Mount Airy (N.C.) High School... twice named to the all-conference squad and was a two-time Northwest Conference Specialist of the Year... two-time 1A all-state selection... named All-Northwest region as selected by the Winston-Salem Journal in 2009... led all North Carolina kickers with 118 points in 2009... ranked fifth all-time in North Carolina extra points with 162... holds all Mount Airy records for touchbacks (70), field goals, extra points and longest field goal (46 yards)... also lettered twice as a catcher in baseball... first recipient of the "Bear Pride" award... 2010 English Academic award winner.
PERSONAL: Tyler Hull is pursuing a degree in business management.
