Four-star prospect Anthony Harris is at the center of one of the more interesting recruiting battles. The Paul VI and Team Takeover product has seen his recruitment continue to expand over the past several months, and now he is in the process of setting visits and potentially narrowing his list.

On Tuesday night, Harris decided to announce three of his official visits.

Harris will visit Virginia Tech from Sept. 7-9, Wake Forest from Sept. 21-23, and plans to be at Miami from Sept. 28-30. Harris also noted that he is working on setting up a visit with Connecticut, though that trip is yet to be set in stone.

Along with those four schools, Indiana and Georgia are also in the mix to get official visits from the talented combo guard.

During the summer, Harris proved himself to be one of the top kids in the class at his position. He improved his play as a lead guard, while also showing signs with his outside jumper. Always someone known for his ability to get to the rim as well as his toughness and defensive prowess, the offensive game on the perimeter is beginning to come along as well. With Harris showing improvement, he was a key cog in Team Takeover having one of the best summer's of anybody in the country.

As it stands right now, the plan for Harris is to take all of his official visits before coming to a final decision. Harris wants to see all of his options, and gain as much information as he can about all of the schools on his list.

Look for all of the programs involved to also try and work in an in-home visit at some point during the fall as Harris is working to finalize his choice.

Currently Harris is ranked as the No. 68 player in the 247Sports Composite Rankings. With that said, Harris is currently ranked No. 50 overall in the 2019 class when using the 247Sports rankings individually.

Time will tell exactly when Harris plans to make his decision, but generally speaking he has always intended to sign before the start of his senior year. With that, look for the signing to come closer to the November signing day, potentially even in October, depending on how soon he can get all of his visits set and taken.
