Fresno State vs Wyoming Game 2 Thread

  • A seven footer scoring 33 points in games is what draws attention of NBA.

  • Nice to get contributions from Gray, Campbell and Harding. Hoping for more of that to come.

As stated earlier, it's baffling why Wyoming kept singling up on Robinson. That was a glorified layup drill for him. Glad to see him hitting his FTs last night (8-11).

  • Orlando scored in a myriad of ways, showing off the full tool set. From distance, mid-range, post, both sides of the lane. We'll definitely see more doubling but when the guys are making shots that becomes a pick-your-poison situation.

Orlando has an NBA frame at the least. Too early to tell but he could be our first draft pick in a minute.

  • Here's one reason why they couldn't double down on Robinson.

Christian Gray was also demanding a double team. He had 17 points and 9 rebounds.

When they were paired together Wyoming had to pick their poison. You can't double them both.

Gray had a fantastic game. Against teams with more post size i doubt he can replicate it but he looks absolutely jacked, a far cry from the player we saw in 2018-19.
