Updates on Strength/Conditioning program?

  • Before last season, everyone was raving about Ausmus and the improved strength program. If you follow any of these guys on social media, it's all you saw for months. To my eyes, I didn't see a huge difference in physicality on the field, though I'm no expert.

    I haven't heard a peep about the program in at least a year now. Theoretically, the team should be much stronger after a second year of this program--are there any indications that we're making strides in this area?
